Contact List Management University Relations created a customizable, web-based system to make it easier for departments to manage contacts and addresses more effectively. Our Contact List Management (CLM) system can store contact lists for prospective students, alumni, donors, or other audiences and can accommodate lists of any size.
In addition to maintaing contact information, the system also has the ability to add group affiliations and areas of interest to facilitate segmented or customized communications using print or e-mail. The CLM system comes standard with common contact information fields but can be customized to the unique needs of each department.
With the CLM system it is possible to:
- Add, modify or remove contacts
- Add, modify, remove and set access levels for users
- Add group, areas of interest, and source options
- Search and export contact information
- Connect a web form to the system so contacts can enter information directly into the database
